Key Holder

The Key Holder is an important and diverse role within the store. Responsible for assisting the store manager with meeting store objectives and helping to provide ways to increase revenue and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is able to navigate between all roles within the store, is responsible, reliable and possesses strong leadership skills.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Assist store manager in reaching all store objectives on a daily basis
  • Store Maintenance
  • Oversee all cash functions and is able to perform all duties including opening and closing procedures.
  • Consistently monitor and encourage team members to meet the companies service standards
  • Proactive in solving customer concerns and escalations
  • Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Help promote a positive work environment and team morale
  • Train new team members

Qualifications

  • Criminal Background Check
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Flexible availability
  • Exceedingly knowledgeable about cannabis
  • Passionate about cannabis and normalizing its use
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Pass provincial training course
  • High School Diploma
  • Reliable
  • Trust-worthy
  • Minimum 2yrs in retail/customer service
  • Key Holder experience an asset
