Went in on Christmas Eve to check out the bud and some deals. The budtender serving us in the Santa costume was so rude and unprofessional. When asking about the different buds and edibles on shelf/ reccomondations and strength of the bud we would purchasing, we were met with rude, one word responses and “I don’t knows” while he was texting away uninterested and annoyed we were bothering him. The lack of information on the product being sold and the lack of customer service has really thrown me off shopping at the 1ton locations, especially with the prices.

My favorite place in the city. One of the few that are 24 hours, all the staff is totally awesome and well versed in their products. Would highly recommend ordering for delivery or coming in in person
