Do not show up two minutes before close, because you will be treated like a complete burden by the staff. I was given a pick up window between 8 and 9 pm. Work kept me a little late and I didn’t end up arriving until 8:58. I pulled into the drive through, and the cashier Xander informed me that my order was taken upstairs and that it’ll just be a minute.
Fast forward a minute and I can hear on the speaker, some unseen woman complaining about how I showed up two minutes before close. Very unprofessional, especially when I can clearly hear every word you’re saying. I just smiled at Xander, asked if I had any reward points to use, and he responded with that they were not loading. Again, this unseen woman chimes in with. “He’s not getting his rewards tonight, it’s closing time and we don’t have time to figure out why. ”
Again, biting my tongue, I just smiled to Xander, said it was fine, and just paid my money and left out of the drive thru with my order.
Usually this place is great, efficient, and overall friendly, however tonight proved it isn’t always perfect.
While this isn’t enough to keep me from giving them my business in the future, I hope this finds the manager and they can have a chat with whoever that unseen woman was working till close on 3/19/2025. Because she definitely needs to watch how she talks to paying customers.
Was a local favorite until recently. I paid through Dutchie and was charged an extra $70. I called dutchie where they confirmed I was overcharged and that I would need to go back to 3fifteen for a refund. When confronting the store, I was told I would get a call from their GM or corporate to figure it out. I never got a call and they won’t respond to any emails.
Fast forward to today, they didnt place two disposables in my bag in the drive through. When going back inside they acted like I was lying. It took 30 extra minutes of wasted time. They wanted me to come back again after reviewing tapes until we stated we would not leave. They went to review footage and seen somehow they were in the drive through trash can.
This place will make you feel like a thief after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars a here. They will steal from you if you pay through Dutchie. Watch these people like a hawk… Otherwise they will screw you.
Cory did an awesome job helping me and explaining the difference in the variety of products. Really appreciated his knowledge and patience. Thanks 315 for always having great people who are there to help.
Sarafina was super duper helpful through the drive thru at 10:30 at night she even told me how to place the order because ya girl was lost.! Thanks Sarafona for the great efficient service. 😊
My last experience was later at night as well and Sean was so patient and very helpful.! Appreciate his kindness and patience 😀

Update: The store was a little shorthanded on sativa products. I will say that, but Slater made it all better by helping me find Some stuff that they did, he was really fun to work with. His fast and professional service 💯
315 is amazing! I love going to this dispensary it is my favorite and I can say this because I’ve taken the time to visit many others in Columbia! They hold spot número uno en mi corazón! Willie N was so helpful in helping me choose what to get! The entire staff is always so nice and I hope the next time I go Willie is there again because he’s awesome! Thank you for being such a great dispensary!
