As a customer who used to steadily support the Yale location, I have to say that this place is a shabby “replacement”. The prices are terrible compared to surrounding areas. Most of the employees are distant or lack welcoming energy, including one of the ladies there. I was at first excited to see a familiar face though that quickly changed. Not professional, she seemed like she would have loved to just not be working there at all? I am beyond disappointed that I can no longer support this company as everything has went straight down hill. Don’t waste your money here, go elsewhere.
Don’t buy 1g vape cartridges, house brand. The glass must be very thin. We bought 2 and within the same day, both snapped in half. Staff is very knowledgeable and product quality for other items was good.
I went in there and had the most pleasant experience with Matt and Jordan. Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly staff!
Went there today, nice store and friendly staff! Drove out to the Yale/Hope store but it’s permanently closed, to bad!! Loved to drive out there, but pleased with the closer store in Abby!
If these hours are correct, then the staff is unaware of the telephone or what it is and what it does. Potential customers may prefer to call ahead before making the drive out. I called for over 20 minutes from 2 cell phones! Making stoners look bad…
