Was visiting here from out of town for a Christmas event, this location was awesome!
Super convenient, and even tried online ordering once and it was a breeze!
Out of the 5 times I visited only once was it super busy to where the line was out the door.
But they always have really good deals, and their options are nice.
I would not recommend the Gramlin unless it is part of a promotion. The Stiizys are where it’s at, especially the live resin
About time I wrote a review for this amazing place and the beautiful souls that work here. The people behind the counter are so nice and considerate. I wish the world had more people like these. A++
I religiously shopped here for years, but not any more. Over the last couple of months I’ve noticed a huge decline in the quality of their products. At first, it was gradual. They didn’t have the brand of topical that I liked, no worries, I’ll try a different one. But then they almost stopped carrying topicals. I almost exclusively smoke top shelf indica 1/8ths and very slowly the fantastic brands I began to come here for started disappearing. However they weren’t even being replaced by equal quality product. They currently have incredibly limited selection and it’s so so disappointing. I went and shopped in-store a couple of weeks ago and asked the bud tender what was going on. He said they have a new buyer for the store and that they’ve been getting a lot of complaints, but it’s not changing anything. Such a bummer. Shout out to Purple Lotus for having the brands that I’m looking for! I love the folks who work here, but management is seriously messing up this store.
I usually love Airfield and it’s one of the dispensaries I go to on the regular. But I had an awful experience when I came in last night. I came in on Thursday, 10/24 at about 9:35 pm, looking to get some edibles to relax after an absolutely horrible day.
The woman who scanned my ID didn’t make much effort to greet me or respond to my hello, but she let me in. The line was huge and dreadfully slow – but that’s nothing surprising with Airfield and it’s not why I was so upset. I realized I wasn’t going to make it to the front of the line before closing, so as a last ditch effort to get my edibles I placed an online order. I went around to the side, not having realized online orders were closed for the night. The lady who had checked my ID noticed me looking around and was SO incredibly rude in how she told me that online orders were closed for the night. She sounded so irritated with me – as if I were supposed to know online orders were closed and that she was repeating herself – and condescending as well. I wish I had gotten her name or even a description to warn other customers but I had been so upset that day I didn’t notice what she looked like, other than that she was white with possibly shoulder length brown hair.
Needless to say, this person made my horrible day so much worse. Her attitude was the last thing I needed and was shocking, frankly – up until this experience I’ve only had great customer service at Airfield. It was so upsetting that I wasn’t even sad about leaving empty handed, only that she was so rude to me. I went and sobbed in my car after that. I love Airfield and I’m admittedly hesitant to stop going here…but if I can get the same offerings with better customer service elsewhere, I will. I hope Airfield will work on its customer service – seems I’m not the only one to complain about it in a review.
Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Products and prices are great but most importantly their customer service is top 10. We are planning our wedding and wanted to do 420 favor bags for our out of state family and friends. The airfield team (specifically the managers) went above and beyond to help us create the perfect goody bag. We used to rotate through a few dispensaries but now will only go through airfield for all our flying high needs.
