First time customer and now permanent customer. Service was spot on of the rip. Attention at entrance with swift processing so shopping can be enjoyed. Upon sales area entrance, staff was friendly and attentive. Assisted at the kiosk without hesitation. Explained navigation for categories and alerted of discounts currently offered. The whole experience was enjoyable even at checkout while reaping quality product at reasonable prices. Thank you Amplify. See you soon.
Clean, well staffed and lots of selection. Had to register when I first got there. Was not familiar with the whole process but the staff guided me through it very easily.
Too expensive. They used to have deals. But their deals have gotten worse and worse as time has went by. They are the most expensive dispensary in Columbus by far now. Save about $50 per half at Saphire down the road across from Easton until they get their price gouging under control. Because they have the same stuff. It’s almost like they feel like they already have their customers hooked and cranked up their prices. It’s almost got to a point where it’s insulting to their customers to charge $70 more for the same half they are selling a half mile down the road. I have become very disappointed in this dispensary over time recently.
These folks rock it. I just wish when I went through the drive through that pay it forward shit would get started like Starbucks. We all in a good mood when we leave right? SPREAD THE LOVE Y’ALL! FIVE STARS!!!!!!!

I was going to roast the 1 and 2 star reviews, but they sound bad. That being said, I think this is the best place around Columbus. Of course they’ll be hiccups because it just became legal. If you don’t have patience, drive to Michigan or go to the street. But for now, this place is where it’s at. Way better prices than places I’ve been in Columbus. IDK what type of services people need. You’re not buying a car. KISS. Did people act like this with their dealers before? This is my#1 spot. And it’s getting better.
