Kind of expensive… but if you follow their instructions, sign all the consent forms and follow through with your appointments and you won’t have any problems. Would recommend but would definitely say it’s a little pricey.
Getting my card, and getting it renewed the first time? Zero issues. The website is extremely janky, and the process is more than a bit convoluted – but I got through it. And paid out the nose for the pleasure.
Take your time and shop around, this place charges over three times what the competition does. I wouldn’t have found that out if it weren’t for the fact that they contacted me *far* too early for a renewal, and I was not aware that you only have 30 days to use the paperwork that they provide. I was told that I needed new, more recent paperwork and they tried to charge me an additional $100 for it after I had already paid $400 for my renewal.
Don’t trust these people, shop around. Veriheal charges a third of the price these people do, and there are doctors mentioned in the other reviews that charge even less than that.
These people are frauds/scammers. They tell you what you want to hear to get your money. I asked each of the 4 people I spoke with if I would be getting a license so that I could purchase medical marijuana. They all assured me that I would get a LICENSE that was accepted in Oklahoma any other state that medical marijuana was legal in. They first ask you for $99. Oh but that’s only for the first consultation. I am out almost $500 before all was said and done! What did I receive? I am on The Texas Compassionate Care Act Registry, which I was already on through my pain management doctor, and which I informed them that was already on. Why would I pay $500 for some registry I was already on? So each person told me I was getting a LICENSE, knowing full well that 1.) I would NOT be issued a license, and 2.) they were lying. They won’t answer or return your calls once they have your money. Their accounting person has it down to a science what they send your bank. Of course, she does not include an audio or transcript from the “recorded” calls because then they would have to return the money they scammed you out of! The review that I posted on their website never appeared because it has to go through their moderator. It shows only 5 star reviews, which I am sure are phony as their organization. But if check out other review sites, there are plenty of negative reviews that will let you know the true experiences of others. On the bright side, I found a company that did exactly as they promised – Leafwell – and even give you follow up calls to make sure you are satisfied! They don’t dodge your calls. They are legitimate, unlike ARClinics! BEWARE of these frauds! I wish I could leave a -10 stars, but I’m stuck with giving them a 1 star that they don’t deserve!

edit: These are lies. I never saw or spoke to anyone at the clinic. This was fabricated for the promise of “possibility” of winning a free evaluation.
Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was quite professional and thorough. They were able to answer all of my questions.
