The people here have always been really cool every time I’ve been in. They give a lot of discounts and if you have a mistake and politely ask them for help they’ll get you right plus your supporting a local business. I don’t go anywhere else besides here and rise. You guys are great every time and I really do appreciate the constant good service.
Nice place, but I was really disappointed by the way they advertise/display products on their touch screens. I went in for a couple of 5 packs of Dog Walkers. When I got to the counter, they tried to put 2 single Big Dogs in the bag. I told them that’s not what I ordered, and they told me that pictures and descriptions on the screen don’t always match what you’re actually buying, which is pretty ridiculous. Outerwear, it’s a pretty nice spot.
Meghan is above and beyond one of the best examples I’ve seen of truly great management, and her staff is a reflection of that. They will ALWAYS go above and beyond for you, get you the best deal, guide you thru any questions! I’ve seen the manager Meghan go above and beyond with rude; unruly customers. If you haven’t stopped in, 10/10 highly recommend, this is the only spot I consider going because of the amazing team, service and savings I receive. Thank you to Meghan and the fox lake team for showcasing the highest level of service I’ve gotten in the industry. For example,
A month ago i dropped a 20$ bill as I left, the staff went thru review camera footage and called me within the hour to let me know I left money on the ground. Keep up the amazing job Fox Lake Aroma Hill and big thank you to Meghan for making the store what it is today. I appreciate you all!
Finally after maybe my 6th visit, previously I’ve asked 5 people just to make sure my account was active and how many points I had. All four told me the system was down and to ask next time. This visit, my question was finally answered, she was great! Not being sarcastic, she was very awesome! She informed me my account was in fact not active and I needed to verify my email, which I’ve never previously received. Not sure why this was not simply explained the first or maybe second time I asked. Probably a location I will not visit again 😔
So I just recently stopped going to this place. They were my go to place their website predicts different prices than when you actually get there and when you try to dispute the prices from the website, they do not honor that this place gets you in with the false tense of good prices and then overcharges you. This is the second time this has happened to me at this place. You’re better off going to the other dispensaries 10 feet down the road.
