I came in yesterday for my dads birthday to get him a gift from there, mind you i have never been nor do i smoke so i was already in a environment i didn’t understand. I finally figure out how to open the door and i made it known to the guy before hand i have no idea how to do this. he told me to ask for help unfortunately i went to the wrong person as i was waiting in line i went next as i thought it was okay because no one informed me how the lines worked I stepped up to a lady with glasses and a visor Instantly She acted panicked and rude “maam i need you to step back in line i treat medical first” i immediately felt more uncomfortable for how snappy she was about it- I told her i was new here and stepped back even tho i had said that she didnt seem to care as she repeated herself again. Unfortunately i stood there more confused as everyone seemed to giggle at me. Fortunately the savior himself came from the back and noticed how lost and honestly i didnt even know how to leave or i would havw but thanks to the man with the long hair i had gotten my dad his gift. I already have anxiety with new places , so i definitely will not be coming back i dont smoke anyways but next time ill make my time somewhere more welcoming.
Taylor is an All-Star and is by far the most knowledgeable and professional bud tender I’ve ever met. Turns out, she’s the manager and she clearly does a fantastic job! Big shout out to her and the rest of her team!
I came here as a first time medical patient. (I’ve purchased at other dispensary’s just not this one) My overall experience was great once I got past the reception area where the man setting up my account acted like I was the biggest inconvenience possible. He was very rude and probably could use some training with customer service because I work the same job at a different location and there really was no need to be so rude. Shoutout to the ladies in the back though I appreciate you❤️
Every single time I come here it is always a pleasant experience. Their deals for medical patients are incredible and each and every person here is great. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Tonya and she took care of me and my medical order making sure that I got everything I needed. She even helped find me some deals that ended up saving me a lot of money. I love this place and honestly can’t say enough positive things about this business.
The women at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. It was my first time in and Jonathan B helped me find what I needed. He listened to what I wanted and gave me recommendations which ended up being great products. Gave me great customer service and seemed eager to help. Will be back for all my medical marijuana needs.
