This is my favorite store without a doubt. From when you first pull in, it’s a clean lot and you can tell it’s secure. You will visibly see security making rounds inside and outside. There’s never loitering or anything sketchy. I’m always greeted genuinely as soon as I walk through both sets of doors. Online ordering or ordering from a kiosk is super simple and there’s always someone to help or guide you if needed. Always kind, helpful and genuine. Not to mention they have the best products and prices consistently.
This location could give a shit less about their medical patients. Their medical patient curbside is ALWAYS a shit show whether they are closed or have recreational people parking in the medical patients curbside parking FOR WHATEVER REASON therefore leaving us medical patients waiting in ongoing traffic for our spots!!!! even though they have security telling them they can’t park there if they aren’t curbside!! Very frustrating place and will not continue to go here as they do NOT value medical patients what so ever.
I loved going here until I recently found out that they round your total up to the nearest $5 and KEEP the difference. Every other dispo gives you the difference back in cash. The amount they’ve stole from not just me but daily from every customer is a Crazy amount.
Nobody will help you or answer your questions. They will ask if you have an online order, you say no because you prefer people to answer your questions. Then then say here’s a terminal and walk away. It’s an awful experience unless you know exactly what you need.
It’s absolutely a great place they have top sh lf and deals all the time.
