Fair prices for the quality you’re getting! Cash in while you can deals are a steal! Also customer service is A1. A cart was not was not hitting – I tried 3 different batteries which was stressful. They credited me the amount I paid for the cart so I was able to get a new one.
I have had nothing but amazing experiences here at this location. I moved to Chicago not long ago and this has been my go-to pick up. It’s always a happy, safe, judgement free environment when you walk inside. I have only ever had one time when I purchased a preroll and there nothing in the bottle! But I called their support and asked them what I can do and they replaced it with no issues. I apologize I am so bad with remembering names, but a gentleman named Dave? Dane? He was working tonight around 7:30…. anyway. He was genuine, helpful and knowledgeable and made my stressful day feel a lot better when he was able to help me pick a better deal for me. Thank you guys for the customer service. Times like this, people need a bit of the boost! I will be returning, as always!
I absolutely love visiting this store it has such a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that makes it a pleasure to shop here. From the moment you step in, the layout feels thoughtfully curated, and everything is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you need.
The staff at the front are incredibly friendly and approachable. They always greet you with a smile and are quick to assist with anything you might need. However, I’ve noticed that the staff in the back can occasionally seem a bit inattentive, especially when the store gets busy. (which is completely understandable btw!!) That said, they make up for it with their deep knowledge of the products and their ability to answer questions promptly and accurately.
What I appreciate most is the store’s wide selection of products – there’s something for everyone here, and it’s clear that the team puts a lot of care into ensuring high-quality options. The pricing is reasonable, and there are often great deals if you take the time to browse.
All in all, this is one of my favorite spots in the area. The friendly vibe, knowledgeable team, and excellent selection make it a must-visit for anyone nearby!
