Being in from Cali, I’m spoiled with our weed prices. I wasn’t ready to spend $100 on 11grams, but the smell and quality taste/ high was perfect. I tried 3 different flavors. 3 1/8th for $75 was the special. I will say they were having a great sale until those taxes start taxing. Nonetheless 10/10 I recommend
went in for a disposable vape cart that was for a good price (i assumed) until i found out why .. the cart is defective as when i first tried it I got a terrible and i mean horrendous taste ! out of all the years consuming cannabis products I had never experienced such a bad taste and never expected it form a Dispensary. The cart had a plastic burt chemical taste and i’m very disappointed. I tried reaching out to customer service in hopes i can get a refund or some kind of store credit but no response… Ascend finessed me out of $90. the taste so bad i don’t even want to continue smoking it
I would love to share that this was my first time going to a dispensary. Visiting family in Chicago, we walked into Ascend on River North. We were greeted by Leo .He took such good care of us. He was so nice and patient, I guess it was pretty obvious we were newbies.
He made us feel so comfortable, all my questions were answered. Not only will I return but my family members know where to go now as well. Thank you Leo.
BEST PRICES IN CHICAGO! Excellent customer service, Leo guided me through the menu and made me comfortable enough to even try some new products I am very pleased with. Even when walking in multiple team members welcomed me and let me know how everything worked. Great experience and will definitely be back…weekly lol
