I really liked this place until recently I came in and got a few gram joints and they were smaller than half a gram joints, and I didn’t really make an issue about it. Today I went in and got a different brand and while I was checking out I decided to get one of there add ons that they always have. When I got home I relaxed that they were half a gram joints so I came back to the store to talk to someone about it. I talked to the assistant manager at the time named etye or ty and was the absolute worst encounter I’ve ever had with an employee at a store. The guy literally just said we didn’t market them as “1 gram joints and that it was my fault for not asking about it. The guy was talking to me like a child and trying to embarrass me or something. Honestly this used to be my daily spot and I definitely won’t be going here again.

I really really like this dispensary. First everyone is always very helpful and friendly. Second I like their variety, if I can’t find something I’ve had before I try something new. It’s a beautiful thing. Third they have the best employee ever named Ximena. She helped me today and was so knowledgeable and kind. She took the time to explain new things to me and gave me hands down the best recommendation ever. I now trust this girl with my life and I’m not even kidding. Definitely recommend this place. I am still hoping they deliver to my town one day!

I usually have a good experience shopping here and have used the delivery service twice. The first time was smooth and went as expected.
Unfortunately, my second delivery didn’t go as smoothly. I placed the order and selected my delivery window (Order 377 on 11/9/2024, 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm). By 5:30 pm, I hadn’t received my order, so I called to check on the status.
However, you can’t reach the store directly (as mentioned in other reviews)—calls are routed to a centralized phone service that can’t contact the store either. They sent an email inquiry on my behalf, but the communication process is poorly designed with no clear ownership of errors or issues. I was told I’d receive a response, but that never happened.
It’s now been almost 24 hours, and I’ve received no delivery, no communication, and no accountability. I expect someone from Ascent might respond with the standard “email us for assistance,” but that’s just more hoops for me to jump through. I shouldn’t have to chase you down to get my order fulfilled.
