Pretty good prices and staff was friendly. Room for improvement: online orders don’t get processed so you don’t really save any time by doing so. The website online says there’s no rewards program which is a bummer because competing dispensaries offer reward points and discounts for purchases. I will probably come back because its close to my house but this is not my main dispensary and I don’t really have incentive to exclusively shop here.
I am a everyday regular customer. I will not be going to this dispensary due to the level of disrespect I have received from the girl Shay who sits up front to check customers in. Definitely have lost a customer. Will not be returning. If you all wondering who Shay looks like she tall, heavy, with long black hair who calls customers hun and babe.
Used to rep this place to the core, now, if you’re searching concentrates, check the menu, whoever does the ordering needs to step it up…BADLY or to be honest, be fired. They have had the same single concentrate and rso for over a few months. As soon as they went to ascend it seems like it’s gone downhill.
Used to be my favorite place due to the speed of service, pricing, and employees. Now they have had the same 3 dabbable concentrates for nearly a month (which are also at a significantly higher price point than the dispo right down the road) so there is no point in me even going here. The limited inventory was at least somewhat tolerable when the few items being offered were good. Now it’s just these same three crappy evermore live resins every single week with terp profiles worse than most low-end shatter I can get for half the price.
One star based off the fact that I never got an answer on the phone. Listening to horrible hold music for 10mins for someone to answer the phone. I just needed to know if your POS was up and running when trilogy’s was not.
