Awful experience every time I go to this store. The line is so long and the employees are too busy talking to each other. Thought they were adding more check outs over a year ago when I wrote my first review but nothing. Take an hour and half out of your schedule if you plan on visiting. Also no parking ever because there are 10 handicap spots never getting used. Have to park in the dirt lot in the back now my car has marks from other cars kicking rocks at it pulling out. Kids run around this store like a playground also. Kids should not be allowed in the back.
This place is absolutely amazing. The prices are what all the dispensaries should charge. Everywhere else is a complete rip off. They are $15 eighths are absolutely high-quality fire. I will never go to another dispensary again as long as this place is around you have a loyal customer with me.
I have a super tight budget some days and am so grateful for Ascend’s low prices, so I don’t go without. I rarely go anywhere else. They are all super friendly too! The only negative is that their name is Ascend, which is to travel upwards so why do their arrows point down??????
And I’m only giving this place a one star and here’s why
First of all the traffic trying to get into this place is a nightmare as well as getting out of the parking lot is a nightmare
The staff is great, but once you enter the carnival grounds. That’s exactly what it feels like you go in you check-in and then you go into a queue.
Typically, there’s all walks of life that are standing there in the queue. 15 2025 people deep and you’re all corrals in the turnstiles. It’s literally like waiting for your time to get on a carnival ride. Other than that, I like the place I just don’t like going there and leaving there. It’s a nightmare. I’m sure people have gotten an accident coming in and out of there. Nothing like high congestion area with a bunch of potheads.
