Went in on Friday evening. The lobby was pretty full and many people were waiting. The pick-up area was quiet, so Amanda took the initiative and came over to help the next customer, which just happened to be my husband and I. She was moving quickly, and with a purpose. She was helpful and patient. She quickly got us in and out, and made her way back over to the pick-up desk. She just had GREAT GREAT customer service. I’d love to be able to have Amanda help me everytime!

Recently, I wanted to pay cash so I took out some at their ATM. Bill came out with a rip and they told me they cannot take it because it has a tear but it was their ATM that gave it to me. The bill was still completely in tact, except a straight line tear in the middle Apparently their machine cannot take ripped bills?
I know you can pay by card as well but I was not even given that option he told me he would hold my cart then I could come back. All fine and dandy, but I felt if your own ATM is giving bills you don’t accept you should make an exception and fix it. Not inconvenience the customer by making me leave to get change somewhere else.
When I came back told the front girl, she told me their bank doesn’t accept the ripped bills. Interesting reason. As someone who cash handles for my own job, I find that hard to believe.
Other than that hiccup, overall a great place to buy from.
Used to order delivery from here about once a week, about $100 plus.
WAS a very loyal customer but this place has been taking a dive recently. Hardly any good promos anymore. Price markups after the fact.
They never update “live menu” many items constantly out of stock. Having to constantly switch my order & sometimes without even notifying me. Making delivery times even longer used to be about an hour, now it’s 3-4hrs. Well that was until they suddenly stopped all delivery without notice. Or when or even if it would be coming back. Most Drivers were very polite & friendly. Shame it’s time to find a better place with price transparency, communication & good customer service.
As a customer who has come here for at least two years, I’ve never really had any issues. But I’ve noticed that the management has started to change, especially since Richard left this location. Two days ago I purchased a disposable, after using it for about one hit I noticed it was dying so I went to plug it in. I realized the battery doesn’t charge so two days later, today, I went into Ashe to ask for an exchange or maybe a discount, and they requested the box with the item, which I have since thrown out because I don’t tend to keep the boxes after opening them. I said I didn’t have it and they could look me up in the system from when I purchased it, since I didn’t have the box, they said they couldn’t help me at all and recommended I open the cap scoop out what is in it and put it into another disposable. I get that having a box would resolve the issue and I guess I’ll start holding onto those but I was pretty let down by the customer service aspect, especially someone that comes just about every week and spends over $100 each visit. They are just worried about money, I will not be coming here anymore, especially since I have to worry about faulty or counterfeit items.
Take a quick second to look at all the bad reviews about how they don’t apply the deals they show you online. This place is a scam they make you waste gas and time to go to their store with fake discounts that they later say can’t be applied. This place should be shut down for false advertising. They are extremely rude too. Don’t waste your time coming here. The manager is super unprofessional and a bad person
