One day.. because I’m not too far away, I’m definitely going there and filming on the sidewalk lol. I prefer to go to rise on RT 2 but for “gramps” and the other inept worker I’ll come by one day. Overall.. clearly unprofessional and extremely uneducated on the rights we all have to film in public. Pretty sad really. Especially at your ages.
Im reading all these reviews about this awesome customer service yet the three times I’ve been here everyone had zero personality including the security. I have to be fair once the women was decent. I’ve been smoking weed longer than most of the workers here have been alive and did I mention it’s not cheap. I schooled the girl last time that the customers keep the doors open….
I was not warned there’s a 16.00 online purchase fee. I purchased a 21$ item then got hit with a 16$ “pay by bank purchase” charge on top of a 26$ “Aura of Rhode Island purchase”
Skipping this disp in the future and paying instore with card elsewhere. Not paying enough to buy 2 more rolls just for the small convenience of online purchase. Please put up a disclaimer.
Edit: I understand the fees aren’t controllable by you, but at least warn guests there MAY be a charge from the service. Don’t just let them be unpleasantly surprised. Especially a large fee like that. It is over 50% of my total order. I apologize, but you will not be seeing me again. I was not a regular, and after my experience (including your lack of accountability/action) I will not become one.
You need to be careful of the Harvest dates anything over 90 days is no good and probably turn to dust when your trying to roll it up. It’s up to you to protect yourself.i have purchased flowers several times that turned to dust from Aura
They dont honor the deals on their website. Came here for the first time on 1/11. I had made a pre order online and I shopped a deal that claimed if you spent $30 on hanger 420 or Willies reserve products you get a pre roll for a penny. I spent over $30 on products in the deal section and added the pre roll. It didnt ring up for a penny but I figured they would adjust it at the store. When I asked the girl if she could fix it she just said “yeah thats gone.” I can understand if they had run out of the product but they hadnt. I was still able to purchase all the products from the deal and double checked after leaving the store and the deal was still active on the website but yet they didn’t honor it. Not a great experience and the customer service sucked. The girl was short with me and unhelpful. Like someone elses review said no personality at all. Wont be coming back here again there are plenty of better dispos around that don’t scam you and are actually friendly to the customers
