Today at the store, I encountered Natasha (the manager or supervisor on duty), whose sarcastic demeanor made me choose another cashier. I never said anything rude or inappropriate to her, yet as she walked away, she called me a “rude b****”-
2/16 There was absolutely no reason for the name-calling. If I had reacted the way she falsely accused me of being, the situation could have escalated. To make matters worse, another employee chimed in, claiming Natasha was just trying to help me. If that was her idea of customer service, it’s clear she shouldn’t be in a leadership position. Employees with that attitude have no place in customer service, let alone as a manager or supervisor.

Good products and great prices, but check your order. I came in for distillate syringes and was given cartridges. When I got home and checked it, I called to ask if I could trade for the correct items, and they said no. So I’m now stuck with two items that I wont use. Check your order closely, because you’re SOL if they mess up.
