AYR Cannabis Dispensary Miami (Bird Road)

The staff at AYR is so helpful and knowledgeable. Camila at the Bird Rd store could not have been more patient and friendly. I am not a frequent visitor but I felt welcomed immediately. I highly recommend AYR!!! Great prices and selection.

Throughout the last year, I spent so much time accumulating points in the reward system that you guys offered and I had accumulated so many points that I was close to a $90 discount. I was so excited for this and today I come to find out that you guys have completely changed the system not only have you changed the system, but you have just completely erased and eliminated all of the points that Myself and other customers spent so long and so much money Accumulating in order to one day be able to get a one time discount by using all the points we had accumulated it’s so unfair that you guys just erased the entire record of all our accumulated points, which would’ve gone to discounts and in no way implemented any way to accommodate or redeem yourself for having just taken away a discount that we spent so long accumulating not to mention so much money. since I discovered this store, I considered to be my number one store because of quality and customer service but this last act was so heartbreaking that I’ve decided to never spend my money at your store again nor waste my time visiting your store as you clearly made a boat decision in complete disregard of the patient money time and ailments. I looked forward to a long time to use the discount that I had been accumulating for the past year with your store and today February 7 I come to find out that my points have gone from almost 700 20 I spoke to an agent who was very nice and understanding, but I explained to him that unfortunately, I felt so betrayed heartbroken and robbed of my money not to mention lied to that I’ve made the decision that from this point on I will no longer be visiting nor purchasing anything with my hard earned money from this specific location or any other AYR dispensary I’m heartbroken and feel betrayed, especially because I’ve been a loyal customer and as our caregivers I feel we should be treated better by our local medical dispensaries AYR dispensary showed a complete disregard for the consumers income or previously offered benefits and that’s made very obvious because they’ve made no effort to remedy the situation nor by replenishing the points that consumers already had accumulated, nor by offering, not even a small token of product exchange or exchange of any kind to try and ease the loss of so many points, which came from spending so much money I feel this is a bit in the face by AYR dispensary and up until this very point I considered them one of my favorites if not, my number one favorite dispensary, and all of Miami But this disappointment and heartbreak has led me to decide that I will never be going back there again
