… my initial visit was for San Fernando Valley (SFV) flower, in my opinion an awesome strain, a must try at AYR. It seems not commonly found. At least at the dispensaries, I’ve visited. I Got it and it was exactly what I was expecting, Amazing. Great knowledge staff, very attentive to detail. On another note, the return policy is customer service friendly. Had a slight issue with a recently purchased product, Joey, whom handled the issue was on top of it the minute I made him aware. He handled the situation professionally, listened carefully to the issue and was happy to help resolve it. Very satisfied and will be returning soon, thank you to the Team of AYR!
This is my favorite location. I started coming here because out of all the dispensaries Ayr has the best discounts. But staff at this location are all amazing. I wish I could remember every one’s names as every time I go there they are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Joe the manager is very customer service oriented. I had an issue with a disposal vape that was not working. I wasn’t sure of their return policy as this has never happened before but he couldn’t be nicer and immediately apologized about it and credited me. He is always there greeting people and he remembers your name. I highly recommend this location for the products and discounts but manly for their exceptional service and staff. Keep up the good work
