I’ve been a faithful customer of AYR Dispensary since they were Liberty Science. I have always been happy with the product, the staff is very knowledgeable.
They always have an affordable sale on quality buds even on a low budget. When I visited yesterday, I met a new employee Josh. He did an excellent job and the wisdom he shared with me is now knowledge I will never forget.
I bought these Indica RSO 30mg capsules and they are terrific. I was at the dentist yesterday and had a lot of work done and my jaws and gumbs,ears were hurting very bad and took 1 capsule with my hibiscus tea and some tincture in the tea and within the hour THAT PAIN WAS GONE!!!!! Thank you AYR.
This is my go to spot. An always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most recently Alyson assisted me and she is fantastic. Always has great recommendations and is super friendly. She took the time to inform me of all kinds of rewards points I didn’t realize I had and made it a point to wish me a happy birthday! I really like this shop and recommend it to anyone!
Cheap prices you get what you pay for. The quality of the product is not good. You do not get the effect that you should off of the product. I’m on disability and they never apply my discount that each disabled individual gets. They have shorted my weight. I have gotten less than what I paid for. They send you coupons that you can’t use. Then argue about it, making it so complicated, and confusing for the customer. As I was putting in my order I asked “I need to be sure I can use this 65% off coupon.” And the attendant said “yes you can use it don’t worry about it”. Then tells me at the register I can’t…There is a girl that works there that has exceptional customer service. But why send coupons out via email to come to the store for 65% off and then tell customers it can’t be applied to your order. I racked up almost 1,000 points and they are switching systems at the end of the month so my points will go away. It’s a 30 minute drive and used to be my favorite dispensary. But the product, the coupon, made me spend way more then I thought because they wouldn’t apply my points or coupon to the whole order just select items. But if the store is always having sales like 40% off or 65% off someone should be able to apply a coupon when spending over $50. I had over $100 in my cart and the anxiety and embarrassment I felt to sit there and have to delegate my medications when I did this and calculated at home. It was such a stressful time that I don’t think I will be returning. Screw the points and the coupon what’s the point of having me as a loyal customer. There are hundreds of people with a medical card. Even without my business your company will do fine. But it’s the fact that I have to find a dispensary I can trust again now.
