Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Absolutely will be a regular customer going forward. They did something kind and thoughtful, that was much appreciated
Recently a new reward system was implemented. I was told my points would roll over. My points were zeroed out. Customer service was extremely rude and I’m basically being told that they don’t really care. I was there on 1/22 and no one told me my points would zero out. I went in on 2/6 and all my points were gone. Make it make sense.
Do not buy their vape cartridges. It’s never full. I went back to exchange, and they gave me one exactly the same and said they could not take back the dispensed amount. So not only do I get less of a cart twice, but I also get 1g taken away from my prescription. (Besides that, the workers are nice)
Visit this location at least twice a month. Very personable & knowledgeable bud-tenders. On 9/24, I picked up,& Lincoln& Madi tended me. I was in a rush,so Madi grabbed my order,while Lincoln took care of the financial. Ty guys!
Cheyenne is super knowledgeable, easy to talk too, funny, and always a pleasure at the counter. John is great! I love the specials. The points. The discounts. Ayr has easily become my #1 choice and this is my home store
