Love coming here, today I had Chris as my patient advocate and he is so friendly and helpful. I had some issues with vapes giving me a headache and he helped me learn about the different options And terpenes. He also saved me some money too! Can’t go wrong there, thank you Chris!
In the past I gave a five star rating for this location. I pulled it down after my dealing with a person who I presume is the manager who basically put me down for my question of THC level of a given product with his comments. I tend to benefit better with the higher concentration. Every other employee I have dealt with is helpful and compassionate EXCEPT this guy. Heavy set with glasses he is. He greeted me today then passed me off to another employee to finish my transaction. I swear if he is the one to wait on me again I will turn around and walk out. Rather go somewhere where I’m appreciated as a customer and patient rather than be just tolerated. The rest of the employees seem to have great rapport with everyone, with patients and fellow co workers. I would give a rating of one today but that wouldn’t be fair to all the others I have had the pleasure of dealing with. So today it’s a three. It’s a shame I feel uneasy going into this establishment due to this one guy who is full of himself. It’s up to this company if I should stay a loyal customer. Perhaps a coaching session on his customer rapport skills would be helpful.
I liked this place. Today was my first visit. I bought vape cartridges. The first one I opened was a gram that was leaky. I could tell when I removed the rubber cover. I don’t know where all the oil went but it wasn’t in the box and it wasn’t in the cartridge. The cartridge appeared to have less than a half gram. I ordered a gram. It seems like a little QC would go a long way. Please improve! You are otherwise doing fine. Sorry, I have to low star you due to my first purchase issue listed above.
