I had just recently gotten my medical card and was nervous about walking into a dispensary for the first time because I wasn’t familiar with all the products but luckily Abby was the one helping me and she did a fantastic job! She answered all my questions and gave me superb recommendations for product. There were about two people in line behind me but Abby didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated.
I go in every week like clockwork. I deal with Abby. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Always offers suggestions and tips. I have been a card holder since 2021 and I love the AYR prices and carts. The carts are the best on the market in my eyes. Full of flavor and they last. The cannabis I receive is always makes weight. I like the selections that they have to offer. I recommend them if you are in the Wintrr Haven area. Ask for Abby 5 stars!
I’m a first time MM patient. I went to AYR Winter Haven. Kobe took and filled my order. She was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable about their products and explained the whole process to me. She also informed me about their app, how to get updates about their products and options placing orders online. That’s what I call customer service. The dispensary was great, they had a wide variety of products as well as great prices. What a great experience. I will be going back.
