The staff are brutal!! Groaning as she stood up from a chair, in a completely empty store. I knew what I was getting yet they seemed exasperated to have to ring up a sale. Given the training they received , it should have been better. We will continue to pay less elsewhere and will never be back. Nor will any friends and family. 🙄

Amazing customer service, and great prices! Man I wish I grabbed the names of the lovely people who helped us out while we were visiting Campbell River. Gave us options to similar products with better bang for our buck or better quality for similar prices. Kindness of the staff, knowledgeable recommendations, and great prices from their sales / special deals = a couple of very satisfied customers! Highly recommend them.
