Great selection at good prices.
I mostly purchase disposable cartridges here and I’ve only ever had an issue with one of them being leaky. Their happy to replace defective products though if it’s within the deadline they give you, which is 3 days if I remember correctly.
This location is usually a good and trustworthy one but not so much anymore. I placed an online order like I normally do since I’ve been ordering here the past several years. I bought a cartridge which obviously stated it was on sale for 8.25 (9.89 after tax). Once I get to the location to pick up my purchase the total has now changed! I was told by budtenders and the manager that this item was not on sale. Well that just doesn’t sit right with me, and if an item is advertised for a price it should be honored at that price. It’s not the consumers problem if there’s some kind of online or system difficulties. This place may sell marijuana products but last I checked it’s still a retail business and that’s not how you treat your customers. An attempt was made post-purchase to correct the issue but by that time some rude and careless budtender who had not previously helped me escalated the situation. Trying to talk down to a customer when he obviously has proof is quite the move.
From the very 1st day we went, we have had exquisite service from every single employee. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. We’ve been to many dispensaries throughout the Denver area. And honestly, we always circle back to Berkley. And decided it’s really pointless to go anywhere else. The place is awesome. Zoe had helped me out. Very sweet and patient person. I got in and out fast, as long as I had cash. Their bud was great and was good quality.
