Best High Dispensary

Bad Business and Bad Behavior!
1. Store sold bad/old product.
2. Store has poor customer service.
3. Salesperson has no knowledge of products.
4. Store did not provide correct weight of product that was purchased.
5. Sold seeds to smoke and get sick from.
My mom went in on the 13th of Nov and got some nice bud. She enjoyed it and it did have a few seed but maybe only a dozen. When I spilled my tray on Thanksgiving morning and needed to get some new smoke, we decided to go here. The store was clean and displays were easy to view. We got back quickly, but the budtender we had was not great. He was unable to identify any lineage on stains I asked about or effects of the products I was interested in. He barely spoke to my mother or I and rolled his eyes when one of us would ask to smell or see a strain. With no assistance from him, I chose a nug ounce for $70 and tipped (for good karma)! I got home and tried to smoked, but had no success. For starters, the product was so dry that when trying to grind, it turned to a fine powder. Unfortunately, the kief-like powder wouldn’t lite or smoke until I was able to mix it with properly dried product. Then to make matters so much worse, I bought an ounce and only received 3/4. The weight of seeds in my ounce was almost 6 grams!!! I am including pictures for reference and in an effort to protect others from the same terrible experience. If you can go somewhere else, it will be a better value for your money, and probably a lot more engaging and helpful.

Any offer from the staff or company for 50% off an item (as I noticed replied to some comments) is not a repair for the poor experiences and dishonest dealings. Please keep your offer and use the money you loose on customer retention to hire knowledgeable and friendly staff, or some quality product to prevent having to make-up to all the dissatisfied customers.

I’ve been in Colorado for a year now (transplant from Bay Area) and I’m getting used to the Denver grunge style dispensaries. But wait! This one is open and inviting and clean and bright and colorful!!! I was in heaven. The staff make you feel comfortable and taken care of right away. Their attention and focus was on my requests/needs. My haul is amazing and I’m so excited to try the new things they suggestion. They went above and beyond and even snapped a pic of me with their mascot painted on A wall! I left feeling so upbeat and energized to go on with the rest of my day. Thank you Best High for being an awesome example of customer service.

Visit best high dispensary for the first time last week as it’s only .5 miles from my apartment! Can confidently say this is one of the best dispo experiences I’ve had over my 4 years living in Denver! Knowledge and friendly staff, great supply and good prices / deals, and in a GREAT location – especially if you are heading to a broncos game. Easy 5 stars for these guys!
