The first dispensary I tried since the legality of it. Good sales. I like both dispensaries in the area Havana Kush is a monster ADD and spasm killer, Fall 97 takes me back to Maryland dock Martin boots and flannel shirt drives thru fall leaves. Very much in love ❤️ with the beauty of Nature. In love with life with only 3 or so spasms not the roughly 500 ive had since then. Now I can stop them before they can open thier monster pain mouths. Labor pain of a corrupted colon.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called before driving 30 minutes before closing, I’m told I can walk in anytime before 9, then when I get here I’m told I can’t shop medical because I don’t have an online order. Literally THEE worst dispensary I have ever considered shopping at. Do not waste your time with these smug people because you will be left disappointed and pissed off. Medical, or not, they do not care about giving satisfactory customer service. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you off of the phone so they can get back to twiddling their thumbs on their own phones. Whoever owns this dispensary should crack down because seriously, who wants to deal with being mislead and waste money getting there to be turned away.
Usually a good experience when selecting products and quick to get in and out. Employees running the registers are friendly, but there is one guy who works in the back who I’ve seen throw tantrums a few times if you come in after 730. Always complaining about how busy its been all day or something. Either way it makes me not want to go back. My pharmacist doesn’t get angry with me when I pick up medicine from them an hour before they close.
I have been a loyal customer to this place and a medical patient and I don’t know what they’re doing anymore because the last two orders they decided to cancel and give to somebody else before my pick up time to the point where the manager handed me cash the last time it happened and canceled my order again and gave it to somebody else before pick up time very next transaction. Whoever Chad is needs to get a grip on his job and whoever the manager is that handed the cash needs to get this under control because you’re going to lose major business. Smh very big disappointment
They have good products with pretty good pricing. I usually just follow the best deals and find myself here often. The customer experience is very streamlined and organized, the staff is usually nice and efficient
