My last visit here was at the beginning of the year and I haven’t been back since because the management there sucks, I feel bad for the regular staff that have to put up with the idiotic decisions their bosses make. Their decision making abilities cost me an entire lunch break and I never even got to get seen, I had to leave to make it back to work. 35 minute break and my job is across the damn street. Horrible management, learn how to make a schedule and don’t stress out your employees so much
First time here. Staff was super friendly, approachable and helpful with any questions I had. The building was spotless as well and I liked the fact that there was a waiting room before hand so it didn’t get too busy in the actual dispensary. My only thing is that it is a bit more pricey than other dispensaries around here. It’s not a huge difference though and I happened to go on a day there was a good deal.
honestly, i’ve never had such an issue with a dispensary besides this one. I actually left the store crying because i was yelled at. I had to contact corporate months ago and they resolved the issue thankfully but the manager literally YELLED at me about my form of payment, saying i was inconveniencing him. The sales associate was the rudest girl ever and made it seem like I was wasting HER time. Not to mention she was talking to her friend that was in line the whole time, and looked at me like i was interrupting their conversation. They told me to get a better form of payment before i come in and waste their time on a sunday when they have “deals” going on. Overpriced with no deals anyway, i’ll stick with columbia care. So if you wanna go to a place where everyone thinks they’re better than you, this is the place for you.

Love this dispensary, never disappointed. I’m always in and out fast no waiting in line. The people are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If they would just give more deals on the price is only reason I voted the four stars instead of five.
