I purchased 2 disposable pen the lab Sour green Use the first one no problem went to use the second one it didn’t work, took it back to the store speak to the manager and she told me because they’re already passed 14 days. There was nothing she couldn’t do for me, but then she told me that the sticker in the bag did not match the sticker in the front very fishy Will be my last time I buy something from the store the fact that that disposable paint doesn’t work and now the stickers doesn’t match make me not trust anybody in the store Also, the manager did not wanna help me at all. Very unprofessional
I love this place. They are always so nice to me and explain all the new stuff to me. Very friendly and professional environment. Oddly, I felt safe, and comfortable with every representative so far. Highly recommend!

Refused service with a valid, legible, unexpired card. Which they could read, but since it wouldn’t “scan”, they refused to accept it. They blamed the law, but it sounds like an excuse. I can’t see any legal requirements that the card scan. I have to bring the card and show it, there is no requirement that they scan it. That’s their technical issue, not a law.
