Best dispensary in New York! A wide selection of options, rewards that can be redeemed for free stuff and of course the most welcoming, warmest, customer service experience…Ever! The only way this play can get better is if…they got chickens in the back for eggs. Would go from 10/10 to 2000/10.
I have only ever had a great experience at this place. I live locally but don’t know any one personally. Which is ok, im not that social. So my review is in no way bias. But when I am here everyone is always greeting when you get here, quick to help, & make great suggestions. I will continue to use them as often as I can. It upsets me how many people will leave 1 star reviews for things that are out of the dispensary’s control. (Packaging…etc) taking a little time to educate yourselves hurts no one, & benefits everyone people. I wish the owners and all that work there immense success.
Second time going there the marijuana is short every single time .1 this time an last time it was a full gram they shorted me will not ever be going back rip off artists at its finest.
They won’t let you place a preorder without uploading a photo of your driver’s license. They insist this is required, but I have never had to do it at any other New York, Massachusetts, California, Ohio, Michigan, or Vermont dispensary. Seems redundant since I have to show the ID to walk into the place and then again before paying for my order. Pretty invasive of my privacy and their website does not disclose any advanced encryption on their part to ensure that your information is not available to 3rd parties. If you place a preorder and upload your ID on their website, you are being highly irresponsible.
Every single time I have purchased flower here is has been dry, bad tasting and completely devoid of terpenes.
Edit: they replied to this review. Thanks for replying. Can you tell me why none of your competitors are requiring this? This is not my first time ordering. I have spent hundreds of dollars at your dispensary. First time attempting a preorder.
Should be named Big Trash Dispensary. It truly felt janky and sketchy. Bought the “gas face joint bundle” it tasted horrible and dry and had no effects…I wasn’t expecting to get scammed today but hey…you live and you learn.
