I’ve been to dispensaries around the nation, and Bloc Dispensary up here AND St. George have been a pleasant and phenomenal place to obtain and maintain medical cards and purchase cannabis products I trust, that are reliable. They’re always making sensible partnerships, thinking from a consumers point of view. All this and they have incredible staff who are knowledgeable, small-town friendly, and professional—making each of my trips as convenient and enjoyable as they could be. Best time to come in where there’s little to no line has formed is before noon. The people here are so welcoming and the process of purchasing bud is always fast.
I’ve been going to Bloc for a year now, and my entire experience has been excellent. The prices are decent (much better than Wholesome), plus they have frequent sales. I recently renewed my card at one of their pop up events and the process was easy and seamless. Sometimes the lines look long, but the tenders are quick. Plus they’re incredibly helpful and cheerful.
I’ve never had a significant quality issue with product until today. They have a 7 day return policy with receipt and packaging, but with Utah regulations, I didn’t know what to expect. The tender + manager that helped me were both SO unbelievably nice. They validated my concerns, got me an exchange, and put the rest of the refund in my points. I offered to step aside out of the line, but they reassured me they were happy to take the time to make it right.
It’s easy to like an establishment when everything is going well, but it’s when something goes wrong that you can really judge it. And Bloc exceeded my expectations in every way, thanks to the people behind the counter!
