Today was my first experience being in a dispensary and I’m not going to lie I was definitely nervous.but walking in the atmosphere in bloom was amazing and very welcoming, the gentleman that helped me was Nick R. And he was absolutely amazing he definitely made me less nervous and more comfortable. He walked me through all there products and what selections he thought might be good for me, he definitely educated me on a lot of the products which I thought was awesome but I definitely left with a variety of product and can’t wait to try and want to thank Nick for be patient with me and super nice I absolutely will be coming back
I stopped in and was greeted by Dalen, he asked if it was my first time in- he was extremely helpful and was knowledgeable about the products. I definitely will be returning, plus I got a cool rolling tray.
Bloom is my favorite dispensary for so many reasons, the amazing staff being the number one..today I was helped by Bhoke and he is absolutely a fantastic human. It’s always a good time!
The staff at this location are amazing. My first time there, I was helped by Ocean and she was so informative and welcoming. She helped me pick my product and went over their awesome return policy if I were to have an issue with my product. My next time there, I was helped by Cricket and she was equally as amazing, gave me recommendations on a new selection they got in and did not disappoint. Great location.
My last representative was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. She also was very pleasant and very easy to talk to about my rewards I don’t quite understand how you redeem them but she was very helpful as far as that goes I still have to figure it out but she did show me how to use my points and that was a good experience I ended up with enough points to get me a tray. So yeah for a Monday it was a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Have a great day 😊
