Dude I’m sayin..! this bloom is the best of them all… the customer service is impeccable, never seen anything like it in this market before. The homie has an awesome beard too… just sayin. If only the others could be more like this dispensary., I’ll be back in a week i hope you don’t lose my account… like the others.
Amanda is by far the best manager I’ve ever had the honor to meet at a dispensary every time there is a problem she fixes it and makes sure that everything will be okay and that’s only if there is a problem which I have never had with her great prices and don’t ask me why but Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the best days to go in
They’re out of basically everything I asked for, it took me 7 tries to actually get something. Having some sort of a way to update what’s available on the menu would go a long ways. Rather expensive too
They redeemed 650 points and said they couldn’t ring up the bud and then told me there was nothing they could do that they were gone even though I didn’t get the product. I spent over 700 dollars earning those points over months just too get my hopes up and squashed.
Update they gave me back my points!
Very disorganized and uniformed. Want you to join their loyalty program but can’t figure out how to ring up the $99 deal they entice you with. Tried charging 28% additional in taxes when recreational is only taxed 20% and the local optional tax is another 3% which equals 23% not 28%, and this was the so-called manager. Late for work waiting on two of them trying to figure it out, which they never got right. Should never let a customer leave unhappy as like me they will never be back.
