This rating is based solely on the flower quality. I have no issues with the service or other products which I give 5 stars
I’ve been using cannabis for years and appreciate flavorful, clean smoke over poor-quality flower. I’ve even grown my own, so I know a thing or two about taste and quality.
Most legal flower sold at dispensaries, including this one, seems to prioritize high THC over quality. Here’s what I’ve noticed:
Bad taste when smoking. To me, this comes from unflushed flower. It feels like I’m tasting leftover nutrients instead of the bud’s natural flavors. So far, it’s a quantity-over-quality approach. About 90% of the flower I’ve bought here has this burnt rubber or hay-like taste from midway through to the end—pretty intolerable.
Popcorn buds. These smaller buds from the lower part of the plant should be labeled separately, not mixed in with prime buds under a generic “flower” category. You never know what you’re getting.
The pre-rolls are hit or miss. They’re less affected, but I’d say there’s still a 60% chance the flower inside isn’t properly flushed, leaving that same off-putting taste.
Best store in New West! The selection is amazing and the friendly staff are so knowledgeable. They also have the best delivery, usually within a hour. Brandon is the driver I see most and he is always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Boho!!
Amazing place with great selection and prices aswell as being very clean and organized in there. Love all the staff, honestly makes your cannabis shopping very easy with the great recommendations of the staff and friendliness they bring there. Shout out Jeff he is a great guy and definitely did not ask me to leave a review because one of you idiots didn’t want to show ID 🙂
My first experience was bad. But that employee doesn’t work there anymore. So… 5 Stars! My more recent experiences have been with friendly, knowledgeable staff, who recognize their customers needs.
I’ve never been to Canada before. I came from Washington D.C. for a wedding and needed to find some cannabis. I was greeted by three friendly employees in a clean store. A female employee helped me pick out some recommendations and I walked out with a nice selection. They have a large selection of pretty much whatever you need. 10/10 experience!
