I was stuck in my hotel and wanted something to smoke, and luckily found this place on google. The staff were very polite and welcoming from the get-go. The gentleman who helped me was really helpful and polite, I didn’t even need to ask or assistance, he just wanted to help.
At most cannabis shops, reading trough menu’s can almost be overwhelming with all the options.. this guy helped me from the start, asking what kind of strain I was looking for and gave me some very good suggestions, he had great customer service! Normally I don’t write reviews, ever.. but good customer service is extremely hard to come by these days, and I do appreciated it! Amazing work guys 🙌🙌🙌
I went there for the 1st time today and they were so friendly. The girl was awesome and gave me great recommendations. I will definitely be back
I was a regular customer up till today. Most recently bought a disposable pen for around $50. The girl said it doesn’t come with a charger but not to worry cause I’ll be able to get through it all on a single charge. Only got about halfway through it before the battery died. Went back to the store and the guy there said I’d have to call kolab and order a charger from there. No thanks! I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.
Super friendly and helpful staff at this location. Lots of free parking, store is clean, bright and we’ll laid out. Owner is very knowledgeable about the products he sells, and takes the time to explain everything to you whether your a first timer or a regular.
