I don’t really go to this store, I went yesterday for the one time. I bought a TWD pre-roll the container was sealed when I left the store, although when I got home I went to open the container only to find my product missing. I basically wasted money on an empty product. That’s a first for me, it’s sucky. I also sent them an email to get help upon this, and I am yet awaiting for a response. I’m not impressed.
I don’t like this dispensary. I find the product is a bit of a rip off compared to other places. The staff are very pushy but not knowledgeable. They have a basic spiel that they can spit out but as far as answering questions that are not rehearsed, it’s a waste of time. I’ve tried going several times because it is the closest one to North Surrey. Each time I’ve been there I am disappointed. I won’t be going back.

WORST website I have ever seen. Vert unprofessional. Good Lord! Come on you guys. Get it together. It is not just confusing, products are not sorted out properly, there are glaring spelling mistakes, and it is in a PDF format. Nice going Jethro! That grade 6 education really paid off.
This was my first dispensary experience. I had some idea what I wanted, but not completely. The people working at the counter greeted me with a big smile and were super helpful. I bought what they recommended, and it was definitely what I was looking for. I am just coming back to cannabis after a really long hiatus, and I can say that the convenience and normalization of purchasing from a dispensary is great.
