Their service is amazing. Make me feel welcome and give good suggestions on products every time. Even go as far as asking me how a previously bought product was like. Pains me to say, however, this kind of personal experience is hard to find these days.
I usually spend about 100$week here, one of my fav dispensaries and the guy is always super nice and helpful. I came in today trying to find the same thing I bought a day before and the girl with glasses rudely stated that she “couldnt help” me because she “doesnt know what I bought” rather than giving me a recommendation for something similar to what i had described. I was so taken aback I walked out of the store and unfortunately I won’t be back due to the unpleasant experience.
There’s a chance if you annoy the worker with face tattoos he’ll follow you out to ur car to call you a slur.
When confronting management about it they effectively said “dang that sucks 🙁 sounds like an issue between him & you” instead of taking responsibility for how their workers act while on the clock. I would think a small business that’s family run & operated would care more about its workers actions while on shift, especially when their employees actions reflect so critically on the business. The Disappointing selection & disappointing customer service. I hope cost cannabis runs em out of business.
I’ve been coming here for years and am always happy and comfortable with my experiences. I love trying new things and they always stay on top of fresh stock and brands.
