Best place to go. Staff is beyond friendly and energetic. Best thing is they know their stuff about all their products. Cody’s energy is amazing and he is very knowledgeable and knows all his customers names! It’s awesome!
I want to thank the door buzzer hard guy and give him a BIG thank you for setting the tone of the 1st impression I received from your employee before even getting into the actual store, I could have received better customer service from the corner guy selling dime bags in arbor hill. He saved me time and money by projecting his need to be “in power” of the buzzer. No worries, no foul, once I had the opportunity to see what your business model would be, I turned right around, left and drove to Royal Flower where your always greeted with a welcoming, and inviting process with out the “thug” drug spot vibe!
I picked up two ounces of Plug Pack, and it’s some of the worst flower I’ve ever seen. I don’t even think it’s safe to smoke. I called to see if I could return it, but they told me no. I’ve actually never felt the need to ask for a return before but this is dirt quality. Stemmy, compressed, brown / dark color, smells bad.
When I was checking out, the cashier accidentally gave me an extra $15 in change. I pointed it out and gave the money back because I believe in doing the right thing. Now, after being sold a completely garbage product with no option for a return, it feels like the respect isn’t being reciprocated.
