Amazingly set up and very professional. The manager was very insightful and very helpful in finding what I was looking for. So far this place has the highest THC joints, and it was much needed on a bad day I was having. The manager (apologize for forgetting your name) was very cheerful and posed for these Hilarious 😂 pictures.

The place is extremely clean and tidy. Typical of cannabis stores, their products are on display and then you order at the till. The staff are quite knowledgeable on the products and can make helpful suggestions if you’re new to consuming, like myself. They introduced me to the teabags and cookies, which turned out to be a good experience.
So I’ve been to many shops but today and this one was perfect the customer service was spot on lovely knowledgeable Andrew at the door, and a lovely knowledgeable Michelle got the perfect vape and cart for what I wanted I would recommend and spend a few minutes to chat with them, it was a good experience 👍
We love this store. Adrian the Manger is fabulous and his Michelle has been wonderful in helping us pick out the best deals.

Hi after leaving the store and speaking with my husband I found out some things about cannabis packaging its packed at the perfect humidity then they tell you to expect a certain amount of weight loss while packaged and waiting for purchase, we have ended up with bags of dust because the cannabis producers forgot to put in the humidity packet or they just don’t bother, which ever reason they use it doesn’t matter because it’s the customers who get messed up. I am prescribed cannabis for medical reasons and I can’t afford my medication to begin with but now we may get an ounce for 140$ which is ridiculous, but at least the humidity thing was in it so we onlyblost a few grams this time.
On August 20th, 2023 around 5:30pm, my daughter visited the store to try something more homeopathic for her severe anxiety disorder that she has been struggling with since her mother passed and left in tears. She waited patiently for help as I accompanied her on the phone, and no one tried to assist her. Multiple other people entered the store after her and were helped. When she finally said to me “let’s see how long it takes for someone to help me” one of the male employees approached her and immediately was upset telling her she was bad mouthing them when she really just wanted help. She turned to walked away to avoid further conflict and was met by a racial slur from the male employee. A female employee tried to calm him down with no success. His hostile and aggressive attitude was unacceptable and completely unnecessary. We will not be returning and we will be letting our friends and family know this store does not welcome people from ethnic backgrounds, as my family and immigrated here from Panama so I could further my career in neuroscience. Hopefully in the future the store will push for more of a welcoming and inclusive environment so other young people just looking for help can have an enjoyable experience despite everyday issues they already have to deal with.
