buzz cannabis is a great dispensary with helpful and friendly staff. I’ve been going exclusively to this dispensary for over a year and still have yet to have any problems or complaints with their customer service, prices, or product. the only con to this establishment is the quantity of topicals and wellness for pain, but the staff is very knowledgeable on pain relief so they will help you out!

Friendly staff and awesome selection. I used to think this, not anymore though. For a while, these guys were really good. Good prices good selection. Now every time I go, they don’t have what I need and I’m a medical patient so it’s not like I can just take anything. I’m sorry but you guys are worse now. This place was cool, but no one really seems to care that someone who spends thousands with you, is constantly given the yeah sorry we don’t have it. They’ve even done the smooth math trick to make you think you’re getting some kind of a major discount. The only time you really got a great discount was when they first opened and they gave you 50% off everything for first timers.One day when I have the dough I’m gonna open an affordable dispensary. Where it’s not all about the money, we take care of our regulars and all service members! I think it’s time to switch stores. I was done and finished, ow o wish I could take a star off because… I got a call from the manager maybe owner today. He proceeded to remind me how he’s given me $150 worth of free stuff because of the issue. I’ve lost over $500 due to things I can’t use because of bad info I’ve been given there. Having to try inferior expensive products because they didn’t have what I needed. I was around dispensaries when they first started and we always gave out stuff to our regulars. Especially when we didn’t have what they needed, particularly for medical patients. So you’re “mostly” sample bag is supposed to keep me coming back and wasting my money? I’m sorry, but the math doesn’t add up. The manager or owner I don’t know what he was did not care about fixing the issue. All he cared about was me not leaving bad reviews. That’s the only reason I decided to continue this review. I’m not interested in people calling me to argue and tell me I’m wrong. As a previous business owner myself, there were so many better ways to handle a situation of this nature. Best of luck to all the people with good hearts that are still there. Also same to those with hard hearts as well.
