Nicole Stanton is one of the most knowledgeable associates I have ever come across at Canna Cabana. I’ve been to many stores in the past year all over Alberta, and she surpasses any associate I have dealt with. She is kind, courteous and non judgemental. She always tells me about the deals going on and always up sales with the products I may be interested in. She is a keeper! I hope she gets a raise in the near future because she totally deserves it! I wish her luck on her dreams of going to Japan one day. Keep her in your corner! A fantastic employee! She should be cloned for all of your stores.

I was here on February 13, 2025. One of the employees, a man with a beard, was swearing at his coworker and slamming the glass display doors.

Solid 10/10 service , I usually get so overwhelmed with the amount of selection/all of the variety as I’m still not entirely knowledgeable in this world lol. A SUPER wonderful girl there named Nicole was so incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find what I was looking for ! Usually people in customer service like this make me feel rushed or like I’m taking up to much of their time but she was the total opposite, she was so patient with helping me and had a wonderful attitude the entire time ! She was able to answer all my questions with ease and just made my overall experience one worth leaving a solid 5 star review ! We need more people like her in the world of customer service !
