Went in recently and had a very good experience. The gentleman helping me out was very knowledgeable and patient with every question I asked. I’m not from the area but travel down that way frequently. The service that I received from Steve was beyond 5 stars and will keep me coming back for sure. Thank you for the recommendations and all the info I needed!
Customer service is not a priority at this location, prices depend on the attendants mood – super weird. Wouldn’t recommend. The store across the street is a lot better, even though their prices are even higher.
I traveled by here on my roadtrip, wonderful service, great reccommendations, and the opening manager was not only kind, but funny and seemed really put together. all in all great experience. would recommend to friends and family passing through!
The flow of this store has the sale’s associates running into all the customers frequently or has you being forgotten at the door while waiting to be ID’d every time, very unwelcoming attitudes for being salesmen. Tall skinny pale guy with bushy hair & nose ring has extremely rude attitude, every time I have to deal with his terrible customer service “skills,” from seeing my ID at the front door to shouting “EXCUSE ME” less than a foot from my back when I’m the only customer in the store and he won’t go around me while I’m talking and trying to read products information on the small font.
Bought some product from a gentleman named Steve, he was excellent to deal with and provided amazing customer service. Will be back again!
