Usually a great experience. Not today though. Didn’t get the associates name but I found her very condescending and argumentative. I asked about a recycling program for the cartridges. She said it was a bad idea because people throw garbage in it. I asked her to forward a suggestion to the manager regarding recycling and she shut me right down. No room, we’ve set our prices, people put garbage in.
Normally service is great at this location, Friday night it was far from that.
Yes it was busy, but the girl running from one customer to another instead of just dealing with one at a time and ensuring them were getting taken care of was quite frustrating. Also when your guys’ website says theres 10+ of an item in stock and she barely spends any time looking for these said items and just tells the customer we dont have any and our website is wrong all the time. So instead of spending money here i went across the street and bought product at a competitor and service there was amazing.
One of my favorite stores in town. The staff are incredibly kind and efficient and know their stuff well. Shout out to Skye, tyra and shylo too. They’re very good at their job! But everyone here is!
Went in with no idea what I wanted or what a “cart” even meant. Tyra and Sky were very kind and patient showing me the differences in product. Staffs enthusiasm here took away my embarrassment from lack of knowledge. I will definitely be returning!
Quite impressed at the selection of product and the staff are actually pleasant and helpful.
Bonus notches, the prices were even better esp. without the 20% BC PST on vapes.
