Being an American Kenzie made my first time buying experience AMAZING!!! Spent more than I thought I would but, it was well worth it. Great atmosphere and all the employees present were great Kristy the manager I believe was super cool, and Avery who didn’t sell to me but just had cool energy too. Highly recommend.

I visited the store on March 4th, 2025 at 4:17 p.m. I went with a friend that frequenced this business regularly. The employee was busy with another customer. I saw a tablet sitting on the display counter in the middle of the store. As I pick the tablet up I was going to look to see what stock the store had. The employee yelled “what are you doing that is not for customers” I was a bit startled I stated” I’m sorry, I assumed it was for customers to look through and see what products are available in the store” She stated” why would you think that?” I stated “I’ve been to many dispensaries in BC, Alberta and Ontario and some of these stores have tablets where you can look through and see what products the store carries. You don’t have to be so rude about it.” She stated ” pardon me in a very condescending way” I repeated myself ” You’re being rude I’ve been to many stores In different provinces, tablets are used to show the stores products. I just got back from Ontario” She stated” Well that explains it” to female employee 3704, with a long dark hair you were very rude and unprofessional. I was in customer service for 25 years. I’m not sure customer service is your thing, you should probably look into a different profession. If you can’t deal with customers in a professional manner this is definitely not your path. I will never return to this store
Great service. Much less busy than other locations, the DHC mystery box is very worth it. Get the elite membership and you won’t regret it 🙂
