Maybe employe enough people, so that you can have your store open for times online, your store should not be closed to give your employees breaks.
Canna Cabana is a great store with a wide selection and knowledgeable staff. The employees are always happy to offer great product suggestions, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. However, I did notice that the store’s opening hours aren’t quite as regular as expected, so it’s worth checking ahead. My only suggestion would be to have at least two employees working at the same time, as I had to wait for my turn yesterday with just one staff member available.
The person working was super friendly and helpful. Showed us different things and various products with knowledge.
The owners/district manager treats their staff…. especially the store managers terribly…no support whatsoever.Canna Cabanna and The Joint have the worst reviews/scores as far as an employer goes.I won’t support a business that treats the staff badly.When a business can’t hold onto staff including the managers that get hired something internally is really wrong and broken.
