Great experience shopping here, everyone was super attentive and helpful, and gave great recommendations.
I’ve been to other locations and have never been disappointed as well. The layout for all locations is pretty much the same, which makes it easy to navigate from one location to another.
The place is bright, well lit, clean, well organized… The displays are clean and clear. I cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful everyone here was! Nick if you read this, thanks again!

Had great experiences at other locations. This location is disappointing, repeatedly. “Keep your receipt, let us know if you have any issues”, they say. But they refuse to answer a phone, 3 days in a row, then refuse to replace dead cartridge when presented with receipt.
Pick another location, or another dealer! This one is a true disappointment
I had the worst experience at Canna Cabana today. The store was packed with customers, and instead of managing the crowd efficiently, the staff completely ignored the waiting queue. People who came in after me were being served first, while those of us patiently waiting were left standing there frustrated.
The lack of organization and poor management was shocking. It was clear the staff had no system in place to handle the flow of customers, and they didn’t seem to care about fairness or customer satisfaction. On top of that, the employee’s attitude was indifferent and unprofessional.
This was a complete waste of time and left me incredibly disappointed. If this is the level of service they think is acceptable, I’d recommend finding another dispensary that values its customers. Absolutely unacceptable!
This store is pretty great, the staff (Richelle was very helpful) here take the time to listen to my questions and offer me some good options/suggestions!
