Went in at approx. 6:30 today. The girl working (wearing glasses and a beanie) was shouting at a customer that was there before me, borderline yelling. Said customer asked if they had any cartridges that tasted more fruity and less skunky, she then said “give me a freaking minute I’ll figure it out”. I attempted to help the customer and simply asked if they have any box hot options since in my experience they taste quite fruity, and she had a nasty attitude. She was angry and said “no hot what? Disposables? Cartridges like what!?” She was sneering at us the entire time and the customer was still there after I sat in my vehicle for about ten minutes. I left without buying anything due to her attitude, and went to a dispensary that won’t scream at their customers. I’ve never seen a cannista treat a customer like this before.
Good store but they do not follow their store hours multiple times I’ve gone when they should be open and they aren’t, no sign was left on the door to explain as to why they closed early.
My experience 23WF was horrible, went in my with man 27BM and was greeted by obvious distain without a hello just an ask for our id’s we had them at the ready, showed them and continued looking.
We weren’t helped in any way, for about 5 minutes then three separate (also white) adults ranged in age came in, one visibly a teenager, all greeted with a friendly hello and not asked for ID, as well as products were placed on the counter, when we checked out the employee visibly held the product away from him until the receipt was printed. They then continued to place the products on the counter for the people after us (white) as they walked out.)
To be THIS obviously nervous? Or honestly racist? AND be wearing a pride pin?
Fairness for EVERYBODY. NOT just one group.
Not impressed with this employee at all will GO OUT OF OUR WAY to NOT go back. Do better.
My friends and I absolutely love this store! It’s our go-to place in Lethbridge. Very affordable and great quality products. The employees are always super friendly and helpful.
One thing that we wish they had was the kiosks for easy-ordering and shopping purposes. The paper menus are quite cumbersome to read through to find what you are looking for.
The girl with the glasses is so rude. I have worked at a weed store before I know its not a hard job and she was acting like I was being difficult but I wasnt. Went to a different store after this interaction
