Came tonight and tried to exchange a defective dab rig for another of the same model because it was leaking and was told it wasn’t possible because it was used, despite an employee on the phone telling me I could and to bring it in.
The male employee was condescending and sarcastically wished me “good luck with returning a used bong” as I left the store, an entirely unnecessary and argumentative addition, especially considering I wasn’t looking for money back, just an exchange for the same product, only one that’s functional. I had wanted to purchase concentrates and wasn’t asked if I wanted any help for the minutes I was standing at the display, either. Horrendous, embarrassingly bad customer service.
I even have an elite membership and am shocked at the complete absence of an attempt to do right by their customers. If I buy something that turns out to be broken within 3 days and you just shrug at me, that’s atrocious and you have no business ethics. If you basically insult me as I calmly and quietly leave the store, you should be ashamed of yourself.
Canna Cabana is my go-to cannabis shop. Their prices are unbeatable, and the customer service is top-notch. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, making each visit a pleasant experience. They have a great selection of high-quality products, perfect for both beginners and seasoned users. Highly recommend!
Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly. Smiling and personable. Explained the diff between the products and took the time for us. No rushing us.

What if these people (in the store) are or were potential customers for my business?Did this employee damage my chances of securing this customer since she’s asked if “im buying drugs for minors” while others glare in disappointment damaging my good name!
I panicked and said it was for my wife since I was taken aback on what to say since I wasn’t expected to be questioned about the reason I was purchasing from this vendor.
Word to owners of this establishment:
Why is your employee being rude to me and asking me if I’m buying for minors? other people were in the store!
No class at all and in poor taste.
FYI I was purchasing for my 31yr old son with Cancer.
