gave myself 20 minutes before the bus, walked in no one around for about 10 minutes got my stuff but the dude then texted someone and put some music on which took another five minutes then he had to check me out, i at least made it to my stop with a minute to spare but don’t go to this store if you don’t have at least 20 minutes
Employee told me it was a fresh new batch of platinum kush sold me almost a year old bag of galactic runts 120$ In the trash should of looked at the bag 🥲 why this bag says platinum kush on it also is beyond me the employee might not have known but to say it’s fresh and sell me a bag of brown moldy crumble is ice cold
Thought my experience at this one was alright they have a worker their short hair and has a cross necklace really had a chip on his shoulder felt like i was asking dumb questions and did not want to help but the the other worker dill was fantastic even gave us merch.
I’m not sure who is responsible for the scheduling of staff, but it may be wise to schedule more people on shift at a time. There has been multiple times now that I’ve had to wait in store at least 20 minutes before I had any service. That’s absolutely ridiculous, as I’m expected to carve out at least an 30 minutes of my day for someone to unlock a showcase and ring me through. That’s should take maximum 5 minutes in and out. Coming from a previous dispensary employee.
The staff are knowledgeable and never leave you standing around, in particular, Dyl is the best. Every time I go in he provides amazing service and he’s super patient. I never feel rushed, and he makes it a point to remember me so his recommendations are spot on. I always try to go when he’s around because in comparison to other stores, well, there is none. I don’t shop anywhere else now because of the great service.
